You can hold Lilt together with any of our Bendigo Woollen Mills yarns to make your favourite patterns. You can 'match' the colours or contrast the colours for a marled effect...your only limit is your imagination! Due to the halo of the mohair, it performs a little differently than other yarns you'd hold together, giving the combined yarn more density than you might expect. We'd recommend swatching before commencing a project to get a sense of the finished 'fabric' you'll be creating, but as a guide: - A 4 ply yarn held with one strand of Lilt would usually work with a 8 ply project - An 8 ply yarn held with Lilt could work with a 10 ply or 12 ply project.
